Description
* Full ownership of the UK vehicle solutions business accounts, including monthly production, balance sheet management and cashflow forecasting
* Strengthen and embed financial controls and procedures to support sustainable growth
* Identify business risks and deliver monthly control activities
* Introduce efficient, effective processes through team development and technical enhancements
* Supervise and support at least two team members
* Produce and present monthly financial performance analysis to senior stakeholders
* Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
* Act as the primary contact for external audit queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
* ACCA/CIMA Finalist or qualified by experience
* Logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent attention to detail and confident in driving change
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Commercially aware with solid technical accounting expertise
* Comfortable partnering with stakeholders across all levels, including non-finance colleagues
* Experience within a fast-growing, evolving business
* Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
* Familiarity with Sage, Oracle Financials or similar systems
