Mission
Partner with all GTM functions (Commercial, Pre‑Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, Partnerships) and the wider corporate functions – Executive, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Data – to establish RevOps as an innovative, strategic and proactive driver of business, ensuring data‑led sales decision‑making to support ambitious growth targets.
Under the lead of the VP of Corporate Development, Strategy & RevOps, you will take responsibility for strategic RevOps initiatives, support the wider Corporate Strategy function, and lead complex, cross‑functional projects.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain the market model – a strategic dataset that combines market data with our own assumptions as the bedrock of GTM analysis, deal qualification, SoW approach, and wider strategy.
* Use the market model to develop the TAM, SAM and SOM of the Vitesse proposition, and consider creating a propensity‑scoring framework to analyse incumbent technology partners, international payment needs, delegation levels, and strategic objectives.
* Develop and maintain a competitor analysis framework, including deep research, capability matrices, and AI‑enabled scanning; automate updates to executives and stakeholders.
* Support the VP of Corporate Development, Strategy & RevOps in the Corporate Strategy Roadmap – performing market sizing, reviewing competitive dynamics, and analysing market structure in specific geographies.
* Assist the wider organisation with strategy activities: Board‑meeting prep, partnership support, and presenting analysis to broader audiences.
* Perform ad‑hoc, shallow or deep dives into key issues – product gaps, emerging trends, regulatory reviews – implementing changes and managing cross‑functional workstreams.
* Provide strategic research to support large product investments and ROI analysis (e.g., cards, global platform, new geographies).
RevOps, GTM & Special Projects
* Support RevOps and GTM functions in developing a best‑in‑class RevOps function.
* Help GTM teams manipulate and interrogate strategic data; support Commercial in designing account plans for key customers and segments.
* Manage and automate customer tiering in the CRM using strategic data, customer insights and commercial perspectives; create and lead the review framework.
* Lead critical cross‑functional enabling projects that support long‑term ambitions and future success of RevOps.
* Operationalise a continuous feedback loop linking sales blockers, market and regulatory insights, and product roadmap updates.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, business administration, economics, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in GTM, strategy and analytical roles.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with proven ability to interpret complex data.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively at all levels of the organisation.
* Great attention to detail.
* Understanding of RevOps software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, able to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects.
* Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing cross‑functional teams.
