Use consistent behaviour management and de-escalation strategies. Adapt classroom activities to meet individual learning requirements. Support emotional regulation and confidence-building in pupils. Help create a calm, inclusive and well-structured learning environment. Strong behaviour management skills. A calm, resilient and nurturing approach. DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply). Nice-to-Haves: Training such as Team Teach, Autism Awareness or SEMH support. Experience supporting IDPs or personalised learning plans.
