I am currently recruiting for a Pre-Construction Manager for a main contractor based in Kent to work on projects within Residential, Public Sector & Commercial projects in London and the home counties.
Key Duties
* Strong ability to review drawings and carry out detailed material take-offs
* Putting together subcontractor packages ready for tender
* Supporting procurement - identifying, scheduling, and organising materials ahead of time
* Producing procurement and material delivery schedules to ensure everything lands on time in line with programme
* Good all-round construction knowledge (particularly residential / refurb)
* Proficient in Bluebeam Revu for take-offs
My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate with the position looking to start ASAP.
