Full-Time and Part-Time Hours Available | £14.02 per Hour

Are you passionate about helping others regain their independence and make a positive impact on their lives? Homefirst, the county-wide Urgent Care and Reablement Service managed by Hoople Care, is looking for Reablement Workers to join our team. If you're dedicated to supporting people in their own homes following a hospital stay, illness, disability, or any change in circumstances, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Homefirst supports individuals throughout Herefordshire, helping them regain independence after a hospital admission, illness, or any change in their circumstances. As a Reablement Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support that enables people to live their lives as independently as possible, in the comfort of their own homes.
We are seeking full-time and part-time Reablement Workers to support individuals in the community. You will work closely with people to assist them with their day-to-day activities, helping them to regain their independence and achieve their personal goals.
Competitive Salary : £14.02 per hour

~ Shift Pay : Full payment for allocated shifts, including travel time between calls
~26 Days Annual Leave and days in lieu for bank holidays

We want staff who choose to work with us to have control over their own work/ life balance, and therefore we actively encourage our staff to choose the hours they would like to work and their own working pattern set over a two-week rota, all we ask is that this encompasses working every other weekend. Whether you can only provide a small amount of support or whether you are looking a full time role, we can accommodate, you can work as much or as little as you like!
