Manager, Repertoire and Research - The Orchard

Joining the growing Kollective Neighbouring Rights team in a new role, the Manager Repertoire will report into the VP, Administration and will be responsible for all things ‘Repertoire’ for our performer clients. You will be a natural team player who motivates and inspires colleagues and reports that also can think bigger and identify issues resulting from process changes. Most importantly however, you must have a passion for music and data.
What you'll do:
* Become Repertoire Owner for a roster of clients ensuring accurate recording data is available in our internal database
* Provide management and leadership to the Repertoire Team setting operational objectives and assisting with day to day prioritisation
* Act as first point of contact, both within department and wider business, in relation to all NR Performer Repertoire queries
* Work with other department managers to ensure the NR department works in the most effective way
* Work with tech department to define and prioritise new and improved solutions to support the day-to-day activities of the repertoire team
Who you are:

* Previous recording metadata experience essential and Neighbouring rights experience preferred
* People management experience an advantage
* Able to take initiative and drive things forward to completion
* Bigger picture thinking with the ability to identify issues resulting from process changes
* Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs. Google Suite Experience an advantage
* Experience of working with databases and SQL
* Innovative with an interest in technology
