About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-set work across a range of subjects, ensuring students remain focused and productive throughout lessons. You will be responsible for managing classroom behaviour, maintaining a calm learning environment, and adapting quickly to different school settings and expectations.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Maintain a structured, calm and positive classroom environment
* Ensure students remain on task and engaged in their learning
* Adapt quickly to different schools, subjects and routines
* Report any concerns to relevant staff where necessary
* Support continuity of learning during teacher absence
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (desirable)
* Experience working in secondary school settings
* Strong behaviour management and classroom control skills
* Confident, professional and adaptable approach
* Ability to work flexibly across different subjects and schools
* Reliable and consistent availability
