Senior Surveyor - Commercial Property and Asset Management
Location: London (Ideally North London)
Beach Baker is delighted to be instructed on an opportunity to recruit an experienced Chartered Surveyor to join a highly regarded Commercial Property and Asset Management team.

The role offers a blend of hands-on property management responsibilities alongside the opportunity to support asset management initiatives and build strong client relationships across the wider Home Counties and London market.

What You'll Be Doing
Managing the day-to-day running of a commercial property portfolio
Overseeing rent collection and proactively managing arrears
Assisting with service charge budgets, reconciliations and invoicing
Administering property insurance processes and apportionments
Carrying out property inspections and ensuring compliance
Managing lease events including rent reviews and renewals
Coordinating maintenance works and liaising with contractors and tenants
Identifying and implementing asset management opportunities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
What They're Looking For
MRICS qualified with post-qualification experience
Proven background in commercial property management
Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant matters and relevant legislation
Confident communicator with strong client-facing ability
Organised, proactive and commercially aware
Ability to build relationships and contribute to business growth
Full UK driving licence (regular regional travel required)
Package & Details
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)
Comprehensive benefits package including flexible benefits options
Full-time, Monday-Friday
