Pertemps Recruitment is currently seeking an Administrator on behalf of our client based in Bracebridge Heath, Lincoln. We have opportunities for organised and customer-focused individuals to join their team for a 3-month temporary assignment, with the possibility of extension. What will I be doing? Performing standard administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management. Liaising with customers via phone, providing excellent customer service and addressing queries. Booking and coordinating deliveries, ensuring accurate scheduling and communication. Maintaining accurate records and updating systems as required. Supporting the team with general office duties to ensure smooth operations. Following company procedures and always maintaining a professional approach. Keeping the workspace organised and efficient to support team objectives. What skills and experience do I need? Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably with customer service responsibilities. Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone, with a professional and friendly demeanour. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and basic IT skills. Flexibility and adaptability to handle varied administrative and customer-facing tasks. Punctuality and reliability for the duration of the temporary assignment. What hours will I be working? Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30. What will I be paid? £12.21 per hour.
