Here at InHealth, we are expanding our teams and we have a requirement for a Healthcare Support Worker/Decontamination Technician to join our Endoscopy team in our brand new Community Diagnostic Centre in Bristol.
You will deliver an Endoscopy service to the highest standard, using a model of care that recognises the psychological, physical and social needs of our patients.
Full Time /
37.5 hour contract / 8am - 6pm / 4 days a week / Flexibility through Monday
* Sunday What youll do: Welcoming patients to the clinic in a professional manner and acting as patient advocate at all times.
Cleaning, monitoring and tidying equipment as directed and report any problems or malfunctions to senior member of staff Record, feedback and convey relevant patient information/observations to the seniors.
Delivers patient care in accordance with the care plan as documented by the Senior Nurse.>\
Maintain effective communications with patients, relatives and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrates positive attitude, acting as an advocate for InHealth and deliver highest standard of care accordingly.
About you: Personal interest & experience of delivering patient centred care.
A good understanding of health and safety and infection control Flexible for working patterns to fulfil site requirements.
Commitment to continuous professional learning demonstrate up-keeping of required skills and competencies.
Time Management and workload management Effective communication and interpersonal skills
