What We’re Looking For Minimum Level 3 in Early Years (Level 5 desirable). Have proven experience managing a large nursery Sound knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted frameworks. Strong organisational and people management skills. Confident using technology and management systems. Have the ability to promote the nursery through engaging tours and conversations. Key Responsibilities Lead the nursery’s daily operations, ensuring excellence in care, learning, and safety. Inspire, mentor, and develop a passionate team to deliver outstanding childcare. Manage occupancy levels, budgets, and staffing in line with business objectives. Deliver engaging show rounds for prospective parents and convert enquiries into enrolments. Build strong, positive relationships with parents, children, and the wider community. Drive continuous improvement towards achieving and maintaining an Outstanding Ofsted rating. Ensure compliance with EYFS and all regulatory requirements.
