Graduate Learning Support Assistant – Secondary Northumberland | Well-connected 11–18 secondary school £90 – £105 per day | PAYE | Depending on experience The role We are working with a large, high-performing secondary school with a strong pastoral and SEN focus to recruit a Graduate Learning Support Assistant. This role is ideal for graduates considering a career in teaching, youth work, or education support. You’ll work alongside teaching staff and the SEN/pastoral teams to provide 1:1 and small-group academic and pastoral support across KS3–KS5, helping students access the curriculum and build confidence.
