About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Male Deputy Manager for our Ofsted-registered EBD children’s home in the London Borough of Redbridge.
Essential Requirements
* Must be male (due to the needs of the home)
* Valid UK driving licence and confident driver
* Good spoken and written English
* Minimum 1 year experience as a Deputy in an EBD children’s home
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding and behaviour management
* Skilled in report writing and professional communication
* Ability to liaise effectively with social workers and other agencies
* Able to act as a positive role model for young people
* Provides consistent leadership and supports staff and YP
Salary
£31,992 per year (approx. £12.82 per hour)
