The Opportunity
You will be responsible for subject matter expertise in critical content lifecycle practices, ensuring omnichannel execution of tailored messaging to targeted audiences, following global processes, and serving as a liaison for global content capabilities including planning, creation, review, approval, and distribution to ensure streamlined, compliant operations.
You will partner with functions like medical affairs, MLR review teams, affiliate marketing, external agencies, OSO, Content Factory, and others.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure adherence to ethics and compliance standards in interactions with HCPs, HCOs, and POs.
* Participate in global content excellence initiatives such as Omnichannel Content Factory, MLR transformation, Modular Content, and others.
* Lead global web content management, supporting the Astellas Pro Portal.
* Manage content and assets aligned with customer insights and messaging frameworks.
* Seek guidance and raise concerns promptly with relevant managers or teams.
Essential Knowledge & Experience
* Extensive experience in content creation, copywriting, localization, and digital engagement within regulated industries.
* Data analysis skills to interpret insights for decision-making.
* Experience with pharma brand teams, digital strategy, and multi-channel content delivery.
* Understanding of Veeva products and digital marketing platforms.
* Strong project and portfolio management skills with attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in omnichannel content within pharma, life sciences, FMCG, or marketing agencies.
* Knowledge of legal, medical, and regulatory review processes.
* Experience with oncology or specialized products is a plus.
* Innovative mindset with awareness of digital transformation initiatives.
* Familiarity with digital innovations and marketing technology platforms.
Education
* Degree or equivalent qualification.
Additional Information
* This is a permanent role based in the UK.
* Requires a mix of home and occasional office work, with candidates needing to be within commuting distance.
