We’re recruiting for a private-only domiciliary care service in Camberley. Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager: · Oversee all operational and care delivery functions within the branch. · Ensure high standards of care, compliance, and safety. · Develop business growth through referrals and professional networks. · Lead, manage and develop the care team. · Handle complaints and concerns with professionalism. · Maintain full regulatory compliance and uphold CQC standards. · Ensure accurate care planning and assessments. Requirements of a Registered Manager: · Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary or live-in care. · NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards). · UK Driving Licence. · Strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessments, and compliance procedures. · Confident with digital care systems and managing rotas. · Person-centred approach to leadership and care planning.
