Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) | London | 6 Month Contract
This is not a note-taker BA role. You’ll own the business architecture for a Pega-led CRM and case management programme, shaping outcomes rather than documenting them.
What you’ll be doing:
• Define business architecture and drive alignment to strategic objectives
• Translate business goals into Pega artefacts: case types, SLAs, personas, KPIs
• Lead end-to-end customer/citizen journey design across channels
• Facilitate senior stakeholder workshops, challenge assumptions, prioritise value
• Ensure alignment with policy, regulatory and operating model constraints
• Partner closely with LSA to balance business intent with technical feasibility
• Drive real-world adoption by grounding solutions in operational reality
What you’ll bring:
• Strong track record as Pega Business Architect or senior BA in CRM/case management
• Deep understanding of Pega: case lifecycle, decisioning, SLAs, omnichannel
• Experience working in regulated environments
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and cut through ambiguity
The deal:
6 month contract, strong day rate, London based.
