We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant for a school in Kidderminster, for their Year 2 class, supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. About the role: Work closely with the class teacher to create a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment. Provide targeted support to pupils, helping them to manage emotions, develop resilience, and achieve their potential. Implement tailored strategies to support learning and behaviour. Encourage positive relationships and promote emotional wellbeing. Supporting children over lunchtime The Ideal Teaching Assistant Will Have: Experience working in Keystage 1 Experience supporting children with SEMH needs (school-based or other relevant settings).
