Research Manager – Quantitative - Tech & AI-Powered Agency
London (Hybrid - 4 days in office)
£50,000 to 58,000 + benefits
Exciting opportunity for a quantitative researcher who thrives on helping clients get the most out of the research. You will be someone who enjoys account management as much as running projects. This is an opportunity to own a range of client accounts, turn briefs into impactful projects using cutting-edge technology in a company where you will grow quickly and make a real impact.
In this role, you will run projects end-to-end, work closely with clients, helping them to get the most out of the platform and the research. To do this, you will:
Independently own and deliver quantitative research projects across a range of sectors and audiences
Lead client calls and comms to scope out projects, provide updates during projects and brief on findings and results.
Partner with consulting and analytics teams to deliver large-scale insight projects.
Manage, coach and help to develop researchers in your team
Own relationships and expand client accounts.
This is the perfect role for someone who has built strong foundations in their knowledge of quantitative research and is now looking to gain more ownership and autonomy.
The ideal candidate will:
Have 3+ years of experience as a quantitative researcher gained within the market research industry.
Be able to assist clients in anticipating challenges by spotting pitfalls and working with them on solutions.
Have experience of the full lifecycle for delivering market research projects from survey design through fieldwork and data delivery/outputs.
Ideally have worked on projects such as brand tracking, brand lift/health studies, message and ad testing, segmentations and more.
