The Role:
* Provide support across different classes, some of which have SEND students.
* As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils in a 1:1 capacity and/or in small groups.
* Collaborate with teachers to create a supportive and engaging environment for students as a SEND Teaching Assistant.
* Support pupils consistently whilst recognising and responding to their individual needs as a SEND Teaching Assistant
What You'll Need:
* Experience working with children in a school or care setting
* A reference to verify your experience
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
* Ability to commute to or live in Watford

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience, and skills.
