Training & Support Administrator – PGL Midlands

We're looking for a Training & Support Administrator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone experienced, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage bookings, joining instructions, course materials, and learner registrations
* Coordinate between learners, trainers, and external partners
* Handle course paperwork, registers, and compliance documentation
* Support general front-of-house duties, including welcoming learners across 6 training venues
* Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of training services
* Build strong relationships with clients, awarding bodies, and partners
* Communicate with trainees, trainers, and stakeholders to ensure all training requirements are met
* Maintain accurate records and databases related to training activities
* Assist the Senior Coordinator when required, including sourcing trainers and providing support during busy periods
Requirements
* Previous experience in the Health & Safety training industry or a similar training administration role
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Strong organisational and IT skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Quick learner with initiative and problem-solving ability
* Knowledge of training, NVQs, awarding bodies, and grants (advantageous)
* High attention to detail with a proactive, professional, and team-focused attitude
* Willingness to occasionally travel to support other training centres (fuel expenses covered)
Salary & Benefits
* Competitive salary: £24,000 – £28,000 (higher end for candidates with training or construction admin experience)
* Working hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00am–5:00pm, Friday 8:00am–4:00pm
