Customer Success & Account Support Assistant

Exact Comms Ltd is a fast-growing global technology company specialising in contactless proof of presence systems for facility management, healthcare, cleaning, and security sectors. Our SaaS platform combines IoT hardware and cloud-based reporting to eliminate human error, improve compliance, and save time for clients worldwide such as Amazon, ASOS, ARM.COM, Royal Theatres, Siemens, Dubai Airport and many more. We are seeking a Customer Success & Account Support Assistant to help customers gain maximum value from our system. The successful applicant will assist with account reviews, analyse usage data, identify opportunities for improvement and support customers through onboarding and training.


Responsibilities

* Support the Customer Success team in delivering excellent service to clients.
* Conduct account usage reviews and identify opportunities for better system adoption.
* Monitor client data, producing simple account health and performance reports.
* Provide first-line technical support for customer queries and elevate when required.
* Assist with onboarding, training sessions, and customer documentation.
* Develop customer help resources, including FAQs, how-to guides, and newsletters.
* Record all customer interactions, feedback, and actions in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and client satisfaction.


Skills and Qualifications

* Ability to review and interpret account usage data.
* Competence using digital tools and SaaS platforms.
* Have the ability to carry out accurate record keeping.
* Ability to document account actions and track follow-ups clearly.
* Experience using CRM or data-reporting software.
* Knowledge of account management or customer success practices.
* Familiarity with SaaS environments or technical support operations.
* Understanding of workflow or process documentation.


Further Information

Working hours: up to 25 hours per week. Flexible/Reduced Hours may be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional Hours may be offered depending on availability. This should be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.

Location: Remote with occasional office meetings in Newry. Salary: £7.55‑£12.21 per hour. Contract type: Temporary. Weekly hours: 25. Published date: 16 October 2025. Closing date: 26 November 2025. Worktime: 9am‑2pm, Monday‑Friday.
