What is the purpose of the role and expectations? To be the first point of contact to our external and internal clients, supporting the business in processing estimated works. Playing a key role within the Contract Support Team to ensure we provide world class client service. This role requires great attention to detail, the ability to work within a fast pace environment along with excellent communication skills. What will be my core responsibilities? To assist with all day-to-day quotations administrative work in support of the FM departments SLA and goals set on contract. Ensure quotations are processed within the client SLA s and internal processes. Communicate with engineers to ensure that quoted works are undertaken in line with signed off scope of works. Dealing with queries from clients, Account Managers and Engineers promptly. Management of Subcontractors and their diaries, directly liaising with the clients to book in works and access. Price comparison between subcontracted labour, as to afford best value for the business in service delivery. Build and track required plans/schedules to conduct quoted activities. Ensure incomplete works are chased and completed within SLA and budget. What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role? A customer-focused attitude with a practical problem solving approach. Excellent communication skills as the first point of contact for our key client and engineers. Well developed organisational skill with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast paced environment. A collaborative approach to contribute to team success
