Job Summary: The IT Support Technician provides level 2 support across desktop, server, and network environments, ensuring high-quality service to clients via phone, email, and in-person. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, mentoring 1st Line Engineers, and contributing to continuous service improvement.
