With plans to expand the business further this has presented an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Field Service Engineer covering the South East to join their team. The role of Field Service Engineer: Service, repair, and maintain a range of industrial cleaning equipment (mechanical and electrical). Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently. Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules. Provide excellent on-site customer service, acting as the face of the business. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Manage van stock and ensure all tools/equipment are in good condition.
