🕒 Hours: Full-time | 37.5 hours/week | Rotating Shifts (6am–2pm & 2pm–10pm, Monday to Friday)

6. Progression to One Skill: £14.23/hour

Overtime (paid at time and a half)

9. £21.35/hour (one skill)
10. £25.14/hour (multi‑skilled)
