Administrator / Receptionist
Location: Bupa Basinghall Clinic, London EC2V 5BQ
Contract: Permanent, Full time.
Hours: 40 hours a week – Shifts are Monday to Friday (with the occasional Saturday) covering various shifts (7.15am to 4.15pm, 9.00am to 6.00pm and 11.00am to 8.00pm)
Salary: £29,300 + Excellent Benefits

To ensure all reception and administrative activities in the Bupa centre are carried out efficiently and effectively. To contribute as a support network in providing outstanding customer service to our customers (adults and children) every time they touch base with us.
You’ll help us make health happen by:
1. Greeting and welcoming customers
2. Answering, screening and forwarding incoming customer queries via phone calls and proactively managing emails
3. Maintaining a well-presented reception and waiting areas
4. Ensure all customers have the correct paperwork to support their visit
5. Ensure all customer details are correct, customers have arrived, appointments booked, changed, and rescheduled, where applicable
6. Collect post, open, date stamp, distribute, and post outgoing post
7. Working as part of a team
8. Ensure compliance with the business Quality Management System
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
9. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
10. Deliver an outstanding customer service by being friendly and welcoming
11. Well organised, reliable and have a proactive attitude
12. Computer literate
13. Knowledge of medical terminology (desirable)
