Provide 1:1 and group support to students across the school
Assist with learning, development, and emotional regulation
Support students with daily routines, including personal care where required
Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment
?? Who Were Looking For
Experience in care, support work, or SEN/SEMH settings is highly desirable
Individuals with personal experience of SEN (e.g. family) are encouraged to apply
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
A genuine passion for working with children and young people with additional needs
Strong teamwork and communication skills
