Golf Club Manager
A great opportunity is now available for a Club Manager to lead 2 small golf businesses in the Sutton Coldfield area of Birmingham. Both venues have investment plans in the near future, so this is an exciting time to join my client who offers proven career development paths.
Key Duties:
* To be responsible and accountable for the overall management and operations of the golf clubs
* To ensure that financial targets are achieved
* To be responsible and accountable for the overall maintenance of centre and equipment
* Ensure all staff are displaying, complying and championing the company’s brand values both internally and externally
* Ensure an enjoyable experience for all customers visiting the Clubs.
* Respond to customer complaints or inquiries.
I am searching for a manager with experience in a multi-faceted leisure facility who may have worked within golf. A Club or General Manager with proven experience of implementing sales and marketing strategies and leading a team towards commercial goals.
The successful candidate with hold recognised qualifications in leisure and/or golf and be confident in performance reporting and forecasting.
