Key Responsibilities:
4. Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
5. Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded
6. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
7. Assist with posting journals and processing transactions within the finance system
8. Support the preparation of month-end reports and reconciliations
9. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on finance-related queries
10. Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance reconciliation accuracy and efficiency
Essential Criteria:
11. 2+ years' experience in a finance/accounts role with a strong focus on bank reconciliations
12. Proficient in using accounting software
13. Strong Excel skills and a keen eye for detail
14. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
15. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
