As our Digital Marketing Executive you will own digital channels, campaign execution, marketing technology and performance reporting, helping ensure marketing activity contributes directly to commercial outcomes. We are building a modern, high-performing marketing and communications function that operates at pace, delivers measurable impact and supports business growth across multiple sectors.


This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys turning insight into action. You will be responsible for delivering digital marketing activity that supports lead generation, audience growth, customer engagement and pipeline development across multiple brands.


We are looking for someone who combines creativity with analytical thinking, understands how digital marketing supports business growth and is excited by the opportunities presented by AI, automation and data-driven decision making.



Responsibilities and Duties

  • Plan, deliver and optimise multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.
  • Support pipeline growth by developing targeted campaigns aligned to key sectors, audiences and business objectives.
  • Work closely with Business Development teams to generate, nurture and convert qualified opportunities.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Deliver email marketing campaigns and automated customer journeys to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies, including support for account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Manage website content across multiple brands, ensuring sites remain accurate, engaging and conversion-focused.
  • Support SEO activity and website optimisation to improve visibility, user experience and performance.
  • Create engaging content for websites, email campaigns, social media, advertising and short-form video.
  • Use data, analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance, identify opportunities and maximise return on investment.
  • Support CRM, marketing automation and AI-driven initiatives that enhance campaign effectiveness and productivity.
  • Build performance reports and dashboards, providing clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver integrated marketing campaigns, events and digital projects.



Who you are

  • Experienced in delivering successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of how marketing contributes to business growth and lead generation.
  • Confident using data and analytics to evaluate performance and inform decision-making.
  • Skilled in digital marketing tools, including paid media, email marketing, website CMS platforms and reporting tools.
  • Comfortable creating engaging written, visual and video content for a variety of audiences.
  • Interested in marketing technology, automation and the opportunities presented by AI.
  • Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong communicator who builds positive relationships and works effectively across teams.
  • Creative in approach while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • Motivated by continuous improvement and finding new ways to enhance performance and results.
  • Hold a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or related discipline.
  • Holding a CMI qualification or Google ad, analytics or related certification would be benefical.

Other information about the role

Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 per annum, depending on experience

Hours: 40 per week; Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Location: Work from home or based in one of our offices in Lancing, Newton Abbot, Slough or Stafford.

(Please note this is a UK based role).


Our selection process is as follows: Application - Screening - Competency Based Interview - Task

You must be able to legally live and work in the UK without sponsorship. This position is based in the UK.

The postholder will be required to travel to external meetings on occasion and to other office locations by the most effective means available
