What You ll Do As an Apprenticeship Tutor, you ll: Act as the main point of contact for apprentices and employers, building strong, professional relationships. Monitor apprentice progress, identify development needs, and provide tailored guidance and challenge. Conduct regular review meetings (in person and online) and offer coaching-style support to drive engagement. Provide pastoral and coaching support to help apprentices thrive. Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and learner experience in line with Ofsted, DfE ( ESFA), EPAO, and university expectations. What You ll Bring We re keen to hear from professionals who have: Leadership and management experience within the public, private, or digital technology sectors. A strong record of supporting others growth, through teaching, training, coaching, or mentoring. Excellent relationship-building skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders. An understanding of safeguarding, Prevent Duty, and British Values. It would be great (but not essential) if you also have: Experience delivering Level 6 or 7 leadership and management apprenticeships, or digital technology programmes. Experience supporting learners in higher education or university-level apprenticeship contexts. A Level 6 qualification (or higher) in management, leadership, or digital technology. Knowledge of UK apprenticeship standards, frameworks, or vocational learning.
