Join Vodafone Business Security Enhanced and strengthen the cyber security of the UK's Critical National Infrastructure and public sector organizations.
What you'll do
Vodafone Business Security Enhanced (VBSE) is dedicated to protecting Vodafone Business, its employees, and customers. It is essential to provide a consistent approach to information security across Vodafone Business. Working on key accounts, you will act as a Security Officer, managing our customers' Information and Cybersecurity requirements within Vodafone, providing security leadership, technical insight, and ensuring security supports Vodafone and its customers. The Customer Account Security Manager (CASM) will be the single Vodafone point of contact for security for the customer and will ensure the successful delivery of security services as per the Master Service Agreement.
* Be the single point of contact for all customer security matters relating to Vodafone.
* Monitor and maintain compliance with all contractual security obligations, including reporting. Participate in customer security forums and oversee client security audits.
* Collaborate with all Vodafone Lines of Business to champion our customers' current and evolving security posture.
* Conduct Security & Risk assessments, manage audits, and demonstrate experience in cybersecurity and security assurance management.
* Influence good cybersecurity and security practices.
* Manage customer experience and communications, dealing directly with customers and service/account teams.
* Work with customers and colleagues to deliver cybersecurity obligations.
* Provide regular, robust reporting on security workload, risks, and issues.
* Drive or develop a passion for attaining relevant security qualifications.
* Show a passion for cybersecurity and a desire to develop into an assurance role.
Working Hours
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Mon to Fri. Hybrid working model with 2-3 days in the office, at least 8 days per month, with flexibility to discuss specific arrangements with your line manager.
