Based in Newry - Full-time preferred.

Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to solicitors, including preparing correspondence and legal documents, managing emails, and maintaining accurate filing systems.
* Organise and manage a busy appointments diary.
* Ensure all case files are well-structured, up to date, and easily accessible.
* Deliver excellent client service by handling enquiries professionally and providing timely updates to clients and agents.
The Ideal Person
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary is essential, ideally within conveyancing, family law, and litigation.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
