Job Title : Account Executive
Location : Multiple UK Offices (Hybrid)
Salary : £50,000 + plus commission
About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will take ownership of the sales cycle from initial conversation through to close, working with mid-sized and enterprise clients. You will engage decision makers, understand business challenges and position solutions that deliver real value.
Responsibilities in this role include:
Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to contract close
Identify and qualify new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Deliver product demonstrations and tailored proposals
Negotiate commercial terms
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity updates within the CRM

Requirements
3+ years' experience in B2B sales within SaaS or technology (FinTech preferred)
Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle
Comfortable working with and exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and relationship building ability
