Aspire People is recruiting Learning Support Assistants to support a new primary SEN provision, offering a fantastic opportunity to help shape a nurturing and inclusive learning environment from the very beginning.
This setting supports primary-aged pupils with a range of needs, including Autism, SEMH, learning difficulties, and complex needs.
Your Role Will Include:
Providing 1:1 and small-group support
Supporting pupils with learning, emotional regulation, and social skills
Assisting pupils to access the curriculum in a meaningful way
Supporting sensory needs and structured routines
Working closely with teachers, SEN staff, and external professionals
Supporting personal care where required
We're Keen to Hear From Candidates With Experience In:
SEN or SEMH support
Education, childcare, or school settings
Youth work, care, or residential support
Supporting vulnerable children or young people
