Location: Cromwell Hospital, 164-178 Cromwell Road, London SW5 0TU
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Rostered between 8:30am - 8:00pm Monday to Friday, and a Saturday a month rostered between 8:30/9am - 2:00pm).

Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic Pharmacy team, supporting the delivery of high-quality, patient‑focused services across pharmacy areas.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily workflow and workload in collaboration with the Chief Pharmacy Technician
* Ensure patient‑focused, responsive Outpatient Clinical Pharmacy services
* Dispense, check, and counsel patients on prescriptions in line with legal and professional standards
* Maintain accurate stock control and support billing processes
* Implement and review SOPs to ensure compliance with GPh.C, RPS, MHRA, and Home Office regulations
* Participate in audits, inspections, and service improvement initiatives
* Support training and development of new staff and work placements
* Contribute to CPD
* Participate in rota duties including late shifts, Saturdays, and Bank Holidays
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services or BTEC in Pharmaceutical Sciences
* Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
* Leadership experience, ability to lead a team
* Experience of working in a hospital pharmacy setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Competent IT skills and ability to work independently
* Organised, diplomatic, and assertive team player
* Evidence of continuing professional development
