Senior Stores Operative About the role: ReeVR are seeking an experienced Senior Stores Operative to join a leading manufacturing business based in Staines. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual with strong MRP knowledge and a background in manufacturing stores operations. Key Responsibilities for the Senior Stores Operative: Oversee day-to-day stores operations, including goods in/out, stock control, and inventory accuracy. Utilise MRP systems to manage material requirements and ensure production demands are met efficiently. Maintain accurate stock records and documentation in line with company procedures. Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to support smooth workflow and timely material availability. Identify and implement improvements to stock management processes and storage layouts. Lead by example to promote high standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence within the stores team. Support periodic stock audits and cycle counts. Key Requirements: As the Senior Stores Operative you would need experience in a manufacturing stores environment. Strong working knowledge of MRP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar). Excellent organisational and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy as the Senior Stores Operative. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
