We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Social housing contractor, who are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer based in the Swindon area.
Day to Day:
1. Liaising with tenants who are having planned works carried out in their properties
2. Assisting the Contracts Manager with tasks, administrative and customer service
3. Processing paperwork relevant to the contract
4. Visiting tenants in their homes, liaising with trades for updates on work
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
5. Excellent customer service experience
6. Experience of working in Social housing is essential
7. Driving licence essential
