The role
You'll be supporting an adult female with an acquired brain injury to access her local community.
Our client suffered several injuries in a road traffic incident and requires support with household tasks, shopping and activity planning. You'll play a key part in helping her access the community following intense rehabilitation, setting goals and supporting her through this important transition.
Our client requires round-the-clock 24/7 support, so you'll be working 12hr day shifts 8am-8pm, with optional sleeping night shifts. Full or part-time hours are available.
Requirements

Training
Whilst we expect a degree of experience in caring for individuals with complex health needs, full clinical training on the specific needs of our client will be provided for the right candidates. This includes a combination of e-learning and classroom-based training, followed by job-shadowing and "hands-on" training by a Lead Nurse. We operate a 24hr clinical on-call to provide round-the-clock support to our clients and their care teams.
