Your new role
My client is seeking a dedicated customer Receptionist to join their team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer enquiries, and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
1. Answering and managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
2. Overseeing and managing the email inbox
3. Providing accurate information and assistance to customers.
4. Resolving customer queries andplaints in a timely manner.
5. Updating customer records and maintaining detailed call logs.
6. Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Adhering topany policies and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
• Experience in Customer Service and previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent IT skills
• Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels with internal and external customers
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines whilst managing conflicting demands and interruptions
• Advisory, guiding and persuasive skills to deal with difficult situations and customers
