About the Operations Manager Role
Reporting directly to the Director General Manager, the Operations Manager will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operational running of the hotel, spa, leisure, and F&B operations. This role is pivotal in shaping the guest experience and ensuring consistency, quality, and commercial success across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, motivate, and develop departmental teams to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
2. Enhance operational standards, processes, and service delivery in line with luxury expectations.
3. Collaborate closely with the Director GM to meet strategic and financial objectives.
4. Influence and support the ongoing regeneration and investment plans for the resort.
5. Foster a proactive, guest-centric culture that drives repeat business and positive reviews.
6. Manage and optimise resources, maintaining profitability while enhancing quality.
The Person
We are seeking an experienced hotel Operations Manager or senior leader with:
7. A strong track record in 4 or 5-star hotel or luxury resort operations.
8. A passion for exceptional service and operational excellence.
9. A collaborative leadership style with the ability to inspire and empower teams.
10. Commercial awareness and a results-focused approach.
11. Experience of driving cultural change and continuous improvement in hospitality environments.
