We’re scaling quickly and looking for a Head of Talent / Internal Recruiter who will play a key role in shaping the next phase of our growth. The Opportunity Working closely with senior leadership and the Head of Operations, you’ll take ownership of recruitment delivery and employer brand strategy. You’ll build pipelines of exceptional talent, create engaging campaigns, and ensure every candidate experience reflects who we are. This is a visible, strategic role that combines talent acquisition and employer branding. You’ll lead the recruitment of consultants, researchers, and business services professionals, whilst acting as an ambassador for the company. What you’ll do: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role brief to offer. Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and deliver tailored sourcing strategies. Design and execute creative outreach campaigns, leveraging LinkedIn, content, and digital channels. Collaborate on employer brand projects that showcase Privatal’s culture and EVP. Track and analyse recruitment performance, turning insights into smarter, scalable hiring processes. Act as a genuine brand ambassador, ensuring every interaction strengthens how people see Privatal. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or marketing - ideally within professional services, staffing, or sales. A strong interest in employer branding and storytelling, with creative instincts, professionalism, and attention to detail. Excellent sourcing and relationship-building skills; credible with senior and specialist candidates. Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and digital tools. Organised, collaborative, and motivated to make a measurable impact in a growing business. We’re open to different levels of experience for this role.
