Britsafe is an established but ambitious company based in York, specialising in the provision of security and cleaning services to commercial clients across the UK. We’re growing – and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team and help drive new business opportunities.
Job Description
As a Sales Administrator, you’ll play a key role in our small but dynamic sales team. This is an exciting, office-based opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You’ll be responsible for CRM administration, B2B lead generation, and outbound email campaigns to support the Sales Director and overall team performance.
Key responsibilities:
* Research and gather information on new B2B leads
* Make outbound qualification calls to potential clients
* Accurately input and manage data within our CRM system
* Configure and optimise CRM workflows and email campaigns
* Maintain and update CRM database with consistent, high-quality data
* Generate CRM reports and dashboards
* Schedule prospect meetings for the Sales Director
* Stay current with CRM features and recommend improvements
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who is not only organised and tech-savvy, but also enjoys supporting sales activity and helping the team succeed.
You will bring:
* Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role
* Strong knowledge of CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
* Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
* Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines
* Great interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
* Self-starter attitude with a collaborative approach
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel & Outlook)
* A good memory for detail and a solution-focused mindset
