Location: Cumbernauld Depot Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm Salary: Competitive, based on experience About Contraflow Ltd Contraflow Ltd is a leading provider of traffic management services across Scotland and North of England. We’re committed to safety, quality, and efficiency in everything we do. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to join our team at our Cumbernauld depot. The Role As a Fleet Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Fleet Manager with the day-to-day running of our vehicles and assets. You’ll ensure all fleet administration tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with company and compliance standards. You’ll liaise closely with our drivers, Fleet team, and wider Operations departments to ensure all vehicle records, checks, and reports are up to date, and you’ll play an active role in promoting safe and compliant driving behaviour across the company. Key Responsibilities Run weekly driver performance reports and highlight relevant data for the Operations Team. Conduct daily and weekly audits and vehicle check reviews, ensuring the Fleet Manager is kept informed. Communicate directly with company drivers regarding: Missing vehicle checks Speeding incidents Mobile phone use while driving Other driver behaviour concerns Maintain accurate driver and vehicle records across all systems, including Fleetcheck Licence Assured. Coordinate the booking, tracking, and return of hire vehicles. Support the Fleet Manager and other departments with ad-hoc administrative duties. About You Previous administration experience, ideally within a logistics, manufacturing, construction, or warehouse setting. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when managing data and reports. Confident communicating with drivers and addressing performance issues. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Good IT skills, particularly Excel and Outlook. A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
