About the role:
The Hogarth Health Club is hiring a Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist, reporting to the Managing Director. This is a new role, available as a short-term or rolling contract. The primary responsibility is attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for the club. You will manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring we bring in the best talent to support our growth and enhance our members' experience. This is a unique opportunity to shape the recruitment strategy of a prestigious London club and work closely with the Managing Director in attracting and developing talent in the health and wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding.
* Build relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs.
* Collaborate with external partners, including recruitment agencies, colleges, and professional associations.
* Utilise diverse sourcing channels, including social media and industry platforms, to build a strong talent pipeline.
* Enhance employer branding through strategic engagement initiatives.
* Stay updated on industry trends to improve recruitment strategies.
* Track and report recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness.
About you:
* Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the fitness or wellness industry.
* Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
* Experience working with hiring managers and external partners.
* Skilled in sourcing candidates through various channels.
