Administrator - Lisburn
Permanent Full-time Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Salary depending on experience: £23,500- £32000.
We're delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing business services organisation, for an Administrator to join their Finance Team in Lisburn.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational and Excel skills who enjoys working in a busy, client-focused environment. You'll act as the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring excellent customer service, while supporting the team with invoicing, payments, and general administration. Full training and ongoing support will be provided however if you have previous finance experience, it would be welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage invoicing enquiries and payment reminders
Contact clients regarding outstanding payments or additional information
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
Onboarding clients
Provide administrative support across the team
About You:
Previous admin and/or customer service experience
Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
Strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office
Proactive, organised, and a team player
