An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (1–5 PQE) to join a well-established, highly respected regional law firm in their Lincoln office.

The Role:You will manage a varied caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters, with support from an experienced and collaborative team. The work is high quality and often sensitive in nature, giving you the opportunity to make a real difference to clients.
Your caseload is likely to include:
* Misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis claims
* Surgical and treatment errors
* Birth injury and fatal claims
* General medical negligence matters
There is scope to take on more complex work as you progress, with clear development pathways in place.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 1–5 years’ PQE
* Experience in clinical negligence (claimant work preferred)
* Strong client care and communication skills
* Ability to manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision
* A genuine interest in this area of law and supporting clients through sensitive matters
