We are currently looking for a Financial Planning Support to join the dynamic team in either their Exeter or Plymouth offices.
Your role:
As an experienced Financial Planning Support you will play a pivotal role in their success by collaborating with the Financial Planners to manage client relationships, work as a team, administer client files and liaise with product providers. Your expertise and diligence will drive the delivery of exceptional client service.
What you’ll do:
* Build meaningful relationships with clients.
* Create and maintain client records on back-office system: Intelliflo Office.
* Interact with product providers and internal teams to implement Financial Planning advice.
* Work in partnership with Financial Planners to deliver exceptional client service.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
* Follow processes and contribute to quality enhancement initiative
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as an administrator in the financial services sector.
* A focus on detail and communicating with both clients and providers.
* Strong knowledge of financial planning software and regulatory requirements.
* An understanding of how to communicate as part of a team, put your viewpoint across and listen to others.
* Experience delivering outstanding client service.
