Living Well Officer
Location: Rebecca House, North Walsham
Contract: Temporary for 18 months, 37 hours per week
Salary: £26,403 to £28,142 per annum
Grade: E
Responsibilities
The Living Well Officer is a customer‑focused role that provides full‑range administrative and support services to the Operational Teams and the service users they support. Key duties include:
* First point of contact for stakeholders, partners and customers – excellent communication skills required.
* Sourcing grants, arranging community activities, booking respite, and minuting meetings.
* Supporting protection of property requirements under the Care Act and paying invoices.
* Answering phones, organising food parcels and maintaining a list of local resources for practitioners.
* Making visits to support the operational team – requires driving and access to a car.
* Managing competing priorities to support the Living Well model of independence, resilience and wellbeing.
Requirements
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Driving licence and access to a car.
* Ability to work in a hybrid model (some time from home, some from the office).
* A self‑motivated, positive attitude with a "can‑do" approach and commitment to high‑quality support.
