Multitrades Recruitment are hiring qualified Electricians for an immediate start on a busy social housing contract offering steady, ongoing work and excellent CIS rates.

What You’ll Be Doing
* EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports)
* Fault finding and remedials (C1 & C2 fixes)
* Extractor fan installs & replacements
* Smoke alarm installations & upgrades
* Electrical fittings replacements & new installs
* Testing, inspection, and general maintenance work
* Mostly void properties (easier access, faster workflow)
What You’ll Need
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* 2391 Inspection & Testing (desirable, not essential)
* ECS Gold Card (bonus)
* Own van & tools
* Social housing or domestic maintenance experience preferred
